A little tip, hopefully, it will be helpful for someone. It is hard to stop or slow down the habit of consuming sugar.
It is almost everywhere, it seems ok to eat or drink because others are consuming it and selling it and let’s be honest, it is really tasty.
I found that when I eat healthy sugars like a variety of fruits I feel so much better from all angles, physically and mentally.
