How do I get better at Krav Maga?

  • Work on your core skills, especially your strikes, footwork, and breathing. Clean form is key to good Krav Maga.

  • Attend many classes consistently. Remember, you also get what you put into it. Yes, you can pick up the moves quickly, but to perform them well under pressure takes a lot of time.

  • Take classes you find challenging. If sparring or groundwork are hard for you, invest more time in it.

  • Do work outside of class, like strength and flexibility and mobility and endurance training.
